All items are carefully packaged and shipped to ensure they arrive safely. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary by location and carrier. The Shop on the Boulevard is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather, or customs processing.
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Larger antiques requiring custom packing may take longer — we’ll communicate timelines with you directly.​
Packaging
Every item—especially antique and fragile pieces—is packed with the utmost care using high-quality materials. We take pride in ensuring your purchase arrives in excellent condition.
Damaged Items
In the rare event that an item is damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will issue a full refund immediately for any item verified as damaged in transit.
Combined Shipping
We are happy to combine multiple items into one shipment whenever possible and will refund any shipping overages.
