The Shop on the Boulevard offers a curated mix of antique, vintage, and select new pieces. Antique and vintage items often show age and wear consistent with their history. We strive to describe all items accurately and include detailed photographs. Buyers are encouraged to review descriptions and photos carefully before purchase. For any questions, please contact us prior to completing your order.
2. Pricing & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is received. All prices are listed in USD. We accept secure payment through major credit cards and any additional methods offered at checkout. Sales tax will be applied where required by law.
3. Shipping & Handling
All items are carefully packaged and shipped to ensure they arrive safely. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary by location, carrier, and packaging needs. Larger or fragile antiques may require calculated or custom delivery. The Shop on the Boulevard is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather, or customs processing.
Larger items and furniture require special handling and will be shipped with In-Home Delivery service using a specialized shipping carrier. All furniture is final sale, per the terms below. No returns or exchanges.​
4. Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. Refunds are issued only if an item is damaged in transit and properly documented.
*Please note: Antique and vintage pieces are final sale. Due to their one-of-a-kind nature, refunds will not be issued for condition-related concerns when the item has been accurately described.
5. Liability
The Shop on the Boulevard is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of any item purchased through this site. All products are sold “as is.” We are not responsible for carrier delays, normal wear of antiques, or misuse of purchased items.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including logos, images, product descriptions, branding, and graphics—is the property of The Shop on the Boulevard and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
