Exceptional 19th Century miniature portrait of Marie-Caroline de Bourbon-Sicile, Duchesse de Berry — captured in exquisite detail. Signed by the artist E. Moira - possibly the work of Eduardo de Moira (Portuguese 1817-1887) - known for his finally detailed miniature portraits  often depicting, European nobility, and society figures of the 19th century. 
Good condition with light wear and timeworn patina to gilded metal frame and minor imperfections to the fabric.  The glass and miniature are in excellent condition.
