This 19th Century transferware plate in the "Cologne" by Wood & Challinor features a finely detailed pastoral scene in rich purple /  mulberry tones.  This pretty plate displays lovely age-appropriate wear including fine crazing, light browning, and a small hairline on the reverse that does not extend through to the front.
