Chinese porcelain bowl decorated in the famille rose palette with a deep cobalt-blue ground, featuring finely painted floral sprays and traditional scholar’s objects within shaped reserve panels. The interior centers on a table vignette symbolic of learning and refinement, surrounded by floral decoration.
The base bears an early mark reading Da Qing Qianlong Nian Zhi, meaning “Great Qing Qianlong Period Make.” This mark is apocryphal, used on later wares, and the bowl dates to the late 1960s through circa 1990.
A richly decorative piece, well suited for display on a shelf, console, or as part of a curated chinoiserie or porcelain vignette.
Condition: Very good condition overall with light surface wear consistent with age and use.
