Chinese Export Rose Medallion Wash Basin
Qing Dynasty, mid-19th century, circa 1845–1865A substantial Chinese Export porcelain wash basin decorated in the Rose Medallion palette with alternating reserves of court figures, flowering peonies, butterflies, birds, and scrolling foliage. The interior is richly ornamented, while the exterior is finished with a pale celadon glaze accented by a delicate floral sprig. A beautiful decorative object that displays wonderfully on a sideboard, console, or center table.
Dimensions: 16" diameter × 5" H
Condition: Good antique condition with age-appropriate wear, including rubbing to some enamels. No chips or cracks.
